The issues we have identified -

On time pickup/50% waiver on intercity movement cost - As per our survey we found that, the major turn off for the customers at first point, they face delay in team arrival. Getting delayed at the first point means delay at every point. Due to this, customers face many issues and have to change schedules for the entire day. To address this issue of timely pickup we have put this principle in place. Wherein if a customer faces delay in team arrival, he can also be compensated for his time loss.

Lack Of Skilled Laborer - We at have identified this issue of lack of skills in staff in understanding the material packing requirements and focused on educating and training staff on the material packing understanding with experts in wooden packing, equipment handlers and veteran loaders in the field.

Quality of Packing Material-Use of good material for the safety of goods is another one of the most important aspects in safety of goods. If the boxes are not hard and thick, it will lead to damages of delicate goods packed in. Hence, we have placed a procurement team to check and procure the quality material for packing of goods.

Understanding Material Sensitivity & Customized Packing-To deliver a great experience to our customers, we need to understand the material sensitivity. For example, some woods like particle board furniture are not strong enough to handle the weight and jumps of Indian roads. Hence those furniture needs to be disassembled at origin and re-assembled at destination. To guide teams on these we send a carpenter and technician with a team to solve this issue.
